These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina for any disputes arising under these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, providing notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
